Overview

Simple Pregnancy is designed to keep pregnancy progress easy to see without accounts, ads, tracking, or social features. This policy explains what the app and website collect, why it is used, and how purchase information is handled when you unlock the paid Home Screen widget.

Information You Provide in the App

The app asks for a pregnancy date, such as a due date or related pregnancy milestone date, so it can calculate and display pregnancy progress. That date is stored on your device and is shared only with the Simple Pregnancy widget extension so the widget can display your current progress.

Appearance and widget display settings are also stored locally on your device. Simple Pregnancy does not create user accounts and does not ask for your name, email address, location, health records, contacts, photos, or calendar data.

Home Screen Widget Purchase

The app is free to download. Unlocking the Home Screen widget is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Simple Pregnancy uses RevenueCat to validate purchases, check entitlement status, and restore the purchase on your devices.

Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase-related information such as product identifiers, transaction or receipt information, country, currency, price, purchase status, and an anonymous RevenueCat app user identifier. We use this information only to provide, restore, and support the widget unlock.

Website Data

The Simple Pregnancy website is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and error logs to operate, secure, and improve the website. We do not use this website for advertising tracking.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

Calculate and display pregnancy progress in the app and widget.
Remember app and widget appearance settings on your device.
Verify, unlock, and restore the Home Screen widget purchase.
Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your pregnancy date with advertisers or data brokers. Purchase processing and validation are handled by Apple and RevenueCat, and website hosting is handled by Vercel.

Retention and Deletion

Your pregnancy date and app settings remain on your device until you change them, reset them, or delete the app. Purchase records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat as needed for receipts, restoration, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and customer support.

Children

Simple Pregnancy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
